My cup size changes several times during the course of a day now that I am nursing.  I’m a little nervous about what this constant stretching and shrinking might be doing to my bustline.  Whether nursing or not, if you want a firm bust, creams aren’t likely to do the trick (at least, not alone).  I heard that French women splash icy water on their chests daily but that seems like a temporary fix.  For best results, exercise seems the only way to strengthen your breast-supporting pectoral muscles.  This regimen from Livestrong.com sounds easy enough for a busy mom:
